What is VOIP?
Our VOIP service is a traditional VOIP service allowing you to connect one VOIP device per service. Our VOIP plans have been tailored to suit everyone. Once connected you can make and receive calls just like any phone service.
You can also port your own number to this service (additional costs apply), alternatively you can use a number(s) from one of our number pools.
All our VOIP plans include the following features:
- Caller ID presentation
- Email missed call notification
- Redirect to another number if no answer
- Redirect to voicemail if no answer
- Ability to email voicemails to your email address
- Ability to lock the service to a specific IP address
- Toll based restriction e.g. Disable calling mobile or international numbers
- Self management portal
- Competitive pricing plans
To use this service you will require a broadband connection and for best result you should use a wired connection like ADSL or better.
