What is SIP Trunking?

Our SIP Trunk service has been designed to allow you to connect your IP enabled phone system to our service. You can use the SIP Trunk service to make or receive calls. With a SIP Trunk service when incoming calls come in our system will pass the number that was called, allowing you to customise your phone system routing based on the number called. You can also port your own number(s) to this service (additional costs apply), alternatively you can use a number(s) from one of our number pools. All our SIP Trunk plans include the following features:

To use this service you will require a broadband connection and for best result you should use a wired connection like ADSL or better.
